The Quest To Bring the Saloon to Old Sacramento Starts
January 2, 2009
After working in the bar and restaurant business for over 25 years a question popped into my head while visiting the Old Sacramento area of California.
Why is there no Old West Style Saloon in this historic area?
Sure there’s some great saloons like Fanny Ann’s and O Mally’s. There are even a couple great restaurants like The Firehouse and Rio City Grill. But NO Old West Saloon!
So my quest to bring a “Almost Historic Saloon” to the Old Sacramento Area has started.

Welcome to Old Sacramento
Experience a one of a kind visit to Old Sacramento. The unique 28-acre National Historic Landmark District and State Historic Park is located along the beautiful Sacramento River. Bustling with activity, the district is alive with and world-renowned museums set within the time of the California Gold Rush and the Transcontinental Railroad.
