Teen nightclubs in norcal?

Or regular nightclubs that will do teen nights?
My little sisters birthday is in september and we decided that a night of dancing would be the perfect birthday party.

Were in the sacramento area so I dont want anything to far.

Is the Bay too far? I know some spots, but I can’t guarantee any legality.
