Do I need to buy a stencil for this?

I would like to paint a "clothesline" in my bathroom/laundry room and put things like bloomers, corsets, bib overalls, etc on it. (Kinda like an "old West Saloon" clothesline) I’ve seen this done in magazines and of course, since I am looking for these pix, I cannot find them. I would like to create stencils myself, but I can’t draw well without a model. I’m having enough difficulty trying to find things online, that I thought I could ask here. Maybe some one can help! Thanks!

Night Clubs for 14 year olds.. Try the Skating Rink or Ice Skating Rink or Sunsplash/Golfland…. more appropriate for your age.

ABC News 10: California’s Massive “Garage Sale” Takes Shape

The state of California is getting in on the act with what might be the mother of all garage sales.
Forklift loads of “stuff” is getting set out for the great California garage sale. It’s not the first state garage sale but it is probably the biggest — with promises of great savings.
“It’s a good opportunity for folks to come in, especially in this economy, and buy something they really need,” said Eric Lamoureux of the Department of General Services, which is conducting the garage sale.
Lamoureux said buyers can expect credenzas for $40, maybe even less. Cell phones will also be at a fraction of the cost of new, while computers can be had for around $50 and Sacramento Kings bobblehead collections will also be for sale.
Hundreds of cars are up for auction. Expect to pay between a $1,000 and $4,000 for most. While buyers will get a deal, officials warn there won’t be any test drives. Credit cards or cashier’s checks will be accepted for vehicle purchases.
