Designer HomeTending, the leading company of its kind in the United States, recently caught the interest of the FOX news producers when they were reviewing the companys media coverage. Because of Designer HomeTendings unique, No Cost temporary occupant and staging services for owners, realtors, banks and builders of vacant homes for sale, Fox decided to do a story on the unique service.
Designer HomeTending is the idea and proven business model of founder, Cathy Cardenas, who started the company in Boise during 2006. Since then her services of providing experienced, live-in managers to care for previously vacant homes for sale, has grown to operations in Las Vegas, Salt Lake, Boise ,Los Angeles, Long Beach, Orange County, Sacramento, and San Francisco .
The service is No Cost to homeowners, real estate professionals or builders and home tenders can live in and take care of high-end homes for the cost of a studio apartment. Cardenas maintains that homes can sell 30 to 60 percent faster if professional staged and cared for by subcontracted home tenders.
