(Sacramento) emblymember Anna Caballero (D-Salinas) is the voice for the people of the 28th embly District at the State Capitol in Sacramento. The Salinas area state lawmaker says shes concerned the Governor is not focused on the states financial crisis, noting that he recently told a major newspaper that whatever happens in Sacramento he goes home at the end of the day and sits in his Jacuzzi with a stogie.
