During the old wild west days a cowboy rides into town,ties his horse to the rail outside the saloon?

then notices a really miserable horse tied up beside him.He goes into the saloon,orders a whisky, then notices a message that says, Anyone who can make the horse outside laugh gets 100 bucks. The cowboy walks outside and whispers into the horses ear. The horse roars with laughter and the cowboy collects the 100 bucks and rides out of t own.
.One year later he goes back to the same town and notices the horse is still roaring with laughter. He walks into the saloon and sees a message that says,Anyone that can stop the horse laughing gets 100 bucks. The cowboy walks outside and the horse stops laughing. I dont understand said the saloon keeper , last year you made him laugh and this year you made him stop, how did you do it . Well said the cowboy, last year I told him I had bigger willy than him. What did you do this year asked the saloon keeper.I showed him said the cowboy.
