Lodi Community Band Director Robert E. Gross appears on Sacramento & Co. on KXTV Channel 10 on Thursday, August 17, 2006, along with Lodi City Councilmember Larry Hansen, and Staff Sargeant Bill Tubbs of the 91st Division Band (U.S. Army Reserves) performing on bagpipes. The appearance was to promote Lodi’s Heritage Celebration on August 18-19, 2006, commemorating Lodi’s year-long Centennial celebration.
