art there any towns left that date back to the old west?

what i mean is, they still have the old wooden Saloon, barbers shop etc or have they all been replaced by more modern buildings. Europe has many buildings that are still used and date back hundreds of years.
Pretty much what you'll find today are replicas and tourist attractions for folks who want to see what life was like back in the days of the "Wild Wild West".
Since the original towns built with untreated wood simply would not outlast time and would become dilapidated, there probably wouldn't be too much "original" about them although there have been attempts to preserve what has remained of some of those old towns.
